1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the senja4d website (the "Platform") or by registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. senja4d reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with senja4d, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Online gambling on the senja4d platform is strictly reserved for adults aged 21 and above. senja4d applies a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited under applicable local laws. You accept full personal responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of senja4d or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or third-party service providers.
• You are registering voluntarily, for personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any other person or corporate entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account suspended or permanently closed by senja4d.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited at senja4d's sole discretion. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, whether or not carried out with your knowledge or consent.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify senja4d's support team immediately via the in-account live chat. senja4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on the senja4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. senja4d supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, subject to availability in your region:

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, along with daily limits, are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the dashboard. senja4d may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Funds deposited must be from a source owned solely by you. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. Chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or any attempt to reverse a deposit after associated winnings have been collected will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all outstanding balances.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

senja4d may, from time to time, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable across all senja4d promotions include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• senja4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes will be voided and the player's account may be permanently suspended.
• Certain game types — particularly high-RTP slots, certain live casino tables, or specific sports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards meeting wagering requirements. Details are stated per promotion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on senja4d's platform are subject to the rules specific to each product category:

• Sportsbook: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred. senja4d reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds.
• Live Casino: All games are subject to the rules of the respective game provider. Technical disconnections during a live game do not automatically void bets; the outcome recorded by the game server is final.
• Slots: All slot games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by each game's provider and are available upon request.
• Esports Betting: Bets on esports markets are settled based on official results as announced by the tournament organiser. Postponed or cancelled matches will be voided unless otherwise stated.
• Badminton Betting: Results are settled based on official scores published by the governing body (e.g., Badminton World Federation). Walkovers and retirements mid-match are settled in accordance with senja4d's specific badminton rules available in the Help section.

senja4d reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, without prior notice, where integrity concerns or technical issues arise. Bets placed after an event's result is known — whether through a technical fault or any other means — will be voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the senja4d platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets or interact with games without human direction.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or fix the result of any event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in senja4d's systems. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error are not payable.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity, or structuring deposits to avoid reporting obligations.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once ("bonus abuse").
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another person during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• Communicating offensive, abusive, or threatening language to senja4d staff or other players through any in-platform communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming & Player Protection

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the senja4d platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, game software interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive property of senja4d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of senja4d. Any unauthorised use of senja4d's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, senja4d, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's availability, including as a result of scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any losses arising from events outside senja4d's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party service disruptions.
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information published on the Platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits senja4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

senja4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, in which case senja4d will notify the account holder via email prior to any administrative closure.

Upon termination, senja4d will return any verified real-money balance to the player's designated payment method, net of any applicable charges, unless the termination arises from fraudulent or prohibited conduct, in which case balances may be forfeited.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of senja4d's services, you should first contact our customer support team via the 24/7 live chat available within your account dashboard. We aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body specified by our licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation body are available upon request from our support team.

All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. senja4d will not consider any dispute raised after this period has elapsed.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which senja4d holds its international gaming licence. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence confer jurisdiction on local courts.

14. Amendments to These Terms

senja4d may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
